As we prepare for the construction of a new building nearby, our surface parking lot at Jamail Specialty Care Center will be closed beginning May 19, 2023. We understand the importance of accessible parking for our visitors and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The following options are available to help you access our Jamail location during this time.
Self-Parking
- Blue surface lot
- Parking Payment: Credit card preferred
Directions: Turn onto Butler Blvd from Cambridge St. Continue on Butler Blvd about 635 ft and the second available left turn will be the entrance for the Blue parking garage and surface lot. Proceed through the gate after collecting your ticket and parking. More parking is available in the Blue underground lot – the entrance is found toward the back right corner of the Blue surface lot. Bring your ticket with you.
If you reach the stop sign at Robertson/Staffordshire Blvd then you have gone too far.
Should you end up parking in the Blue underground parking garage, take the stairs up to ground level or take the elevators up to the first floor of Tower One. From there walk across the street to get to the Jamail Center.
Guest services are available inside Tower One should you need help navigating. If you have mobility issues, we strongly recommend using one of the options mentioned below in the Valet & Patient Drop-off/Pickup section.
Valet & Patient Drop-off/Pickup
- Available in front of the building (Jamail)
- Valet Payment: Credit cards and cash accepted
- Valet services are provided for a flat rate of $10 per day
- Patients' families and visitors are welcome to use the valet area to drop off patients and then proceed to park their vehicles.
Directions: Turn onto Butler Blvd from Cambridge St. After about 180 ft, take the first right to the front entrance of Jamail and the designated Valet & Patient Drop-off/Pickup area.
Metro Lift
The Metro Lift drop-off location will remain at the front of the building.
Rideshare
All rideshare drop-offs will be relocated to the curbside, located right after the entrance to the original Jamail lot.
