In-person orientation dates: 

  • June 19, 2025 for those starting on June 24
  • June 26, 2025 for those starting on July 1
  • July 2, 2025 for those starting on July 8 or July 11
  • July 30, 2025 for those starting on Aug. 1

CLER orientation dates (virtual day):

  • June 20, 2025 for those starting on June 24
  • June 27, 2025 for those starting on July 1
  • July 3, 2025 for those starting on July 8 or July 11
  • July 31, 2025 for those starting on Aug. 1

All orientation activities will be held on the main Baylor campus in the Rayzor Lounge. An orientation agenda for each session will be given to the program coordinators once finalized. For CLER's virtual day the GME office will send out a Zoom link prior to each event. 

If your program starts after Aug. 1, you will need to work with your program coordinator to visit the appropriate offices (HR, Security, Occupational Health Program, International Services Office, and/or affiliate institutions) to obtain clearance to start employment.
