Congratulations on your acceptance into a 7mÊÓƵ residency or fellowship program! The Graduate Medical Education Office welcomes you on this exciting new journey.

Once you have matched with 7mÊÓƵ, and your appropriate program, you will receive a MedHub login email, along with your onboarding packet. This will be received at a later date, after you have matched with BCM.

From this point on, your program coordinator is your first point of contact and the program specific expert during your time with BCM! During the onboarding process, and in filling out your MedHub packet if you run into any issues, please reach out to your PC for assistance.

Please note some resources that are here for you:

Human Resources

In addition to the GME forms, Baylor’s Human Resources department requires you to complete page 7 section 1 of the I-9 form prior to orientation. This information will be specified in your onboarding packet, and the GME team and your PC will send out appropriate information when the time comes.

Bring the following items with you to orientation in order to process with HR: page 7, a copy of your documents of choice (view page 9) and the original documents so that Human Resources may verify that the information and copies are completed correctly.

International Services

All Non-U.S. citizens (including permanent residents/green card holders, pending immigrants, and non-immigrant visa holders) must contact the BCM International Services Office and communicate with one of the ISO representatives to verify your immigration status by emailing InternationalServicesTeam@bcm.edu. Find the appropriate ISO point of contact based on your last name:
